Job summary

The position requires on-site attendance in Chicago, IL, with a pay range of $22.16–$34.46 per hour, a comprehensive benefits package, and eligibility for a short-term incentive plan.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 2 years of customer care experience in manufacturing or distribution.
• Excellent communication, organization and problem-solving skills; strong computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain heavy daily telephone contact with customers regarding product information and availability.
• Enter orders into systems and expedite them per established processes.
• Follow up on order status and relay shipping information; create and maintain reports in CRM.
