Job summary

Controlled Products Systems Group, an affiliate of Chamberlain Group, is seeking a warehouse and branch support professional to assist in achieving sales and profitability goals, manage order processing, and support customer service. This role requires on-site attendance in Chicago, IL and adherence to safety and ERP procedures.

You will handle inventory cycles, coordinate shipments, and help train staff while maintaining high service levels and accurate paperwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 5 years in a high-volume warehouse environment.
• 3 years of customer account management experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Assist in achieving branch sales and profitability goals per annual budget.
• Provide customer service and support, enter orders, process orders, RMA and related documentation.
• Manage ERP tasks to ensure accurate shipments and paperwork.
• Perform warehouse and office tasks ensuring safety, quality and service levels.
• Maintain inventory accuracy via regular cycle counts.
• Ensure a clean, safe working environment and safety compliance.
• Support in stocking level planning and process improvements.
• Assist in training employees on equipment use and stock handling.
