Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience in Accounts Receivable.
• Excellent oral and written English communication.
• Provide high level of customer service.

• Strong skills in MS Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle billing, collections and reporting by deadlines.
• Record and maintain customer contact information and details.
• Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls.
• Process sales transactions and payments.
• Collaborate with Sales Representatives to keep account transactions up to date.
• Follow up on customer promises in a timely manner.
• Maintain knowledge of company products and procedures.
