Reliable Credit Association, Inc. is seeking a bilingual Customer Service Representative to support branch operations. You will handle inquiries by phone, in person, and electronically, provide resolutions, and follow up with customers.

Responsibilities include loan collections, processing payments, inputting loan applications, and promoting suitable loan products. A professional, confidential, and flexible approach is required to serve diverse customers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent generally required; industry experience preferred.
• Fluency in English and Spanish required.
• Strong people interaction skills and service orientation.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow rules and processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by telephone, in person, and electronic channels; resolve issues and follow up.
• Assist in collections of past-due loans and contracts; arrange payments.
• Process payments, mail, titles, and certain accounts payable.
• Promote loans and optional products when beneficial to the customer.
• Input loan applications and verify information to support approvals.
• Collaborate with teammates to meet customer needs and uphold company policies.
