Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; accounting coursework preferred.
• 1–3+ years in accounts receivable/collections or similar
• Proficiency in Excel and Netsuite
• Bi-lingual Spanish is a plus

Responsibilities

• Monitor overdue balances and collect payments.
• Prepare and send invoices and statements monthly.
• Record cash receipts and process payments.
• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist with month-end closing and aging reports.
