Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Evaluates needs of potential customers and offers appropriate financial products and services by listening for cues regarding lifestyle or by reviewing customer account status.
• Prepares new customer applications and opens accounts; ensures compliance with federal regulations and provides disclosures.
• Prepares loan applications, calculates debt-to-income ratios and loan payments; communicates information to ensure budget alignment.
• Provides ongoing relationship servicing to maintain goodwill and gain additional business.
• Promotes and cross-sells products and services; generates new business to meet profitability goals.
• Receives checks and cash, verifies amounts, and records transactions; prepares regulatory reports as required.
