Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service and clerical experience.
• Previous bank experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and meet Service Pledge standards.
• Cross sell and refer products to the appropriate department.
• Know features/benefits for checking, savings, money market, HSA, IRA, and CD accounts.
• Open accounts with complete documentation and follow up timely.
• Participate in the High Performance Growth program; manage inventory and RMS reporting.
• Use Online Banking, Bill Pay, and E-statements; process wire transfers and Safe Deposit Clerk tasks.
• Follow up within 30 days; maintain CIF; issue VISA cards.
• Explain Reg CC holds and disclosures for new accounts.
• Comply with policies/laws; complete online trainings.
• Maintain regular attendance; provide in-person customer contact.
• Other duties as assigned.
