Responsibilities

• Share and recommend the bank's full range of resources to customers, including in-branch services, digital capabilities, and partner resources.
• Meet individual goals through in-person and outbound calling activities, providing needs-based recommendations.
• Open and close accounts, assist customers with account selection, and ensure compliance with BSA and CIP.
• Assist with consumer loan requests, coach staff in loan processes and referrals.
• Refer customers to specialists for small business, mortgage, and other advisory services.
• Maintain high client satisfaction by delivering an optimal customer experience while ensuring regulatory compliance.
