Job summary

Carvana is seeking Customer Advocates with 2+ years of customer-facing experience to join our dynamic team. The role supports delivering happiness in the car-buying journey and offers a structured growth path and performance-based pay.

Shift hours are 9am–7pm, 7 days a week with rotating days off. Starting pay is $17/hr with increases to $19/hr, plus a 0.50 raise every 90 days under the Careers Not Jobs program.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of customer-facing experience.
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks (loading/unloading, 50 lbs).
• Notary within 90 days (sponsored by Carvana) and state licensing requirements may apply.

Responsibilities

• Deliver vehicles to customers' doors using Carvana haulers (training provided).
• Load/unload vehicles onto haulers and inspect for safety.
• Complete customer paperwork and maintain notes in the tracking system.
• Drive safely and maintain a clean driving record per policy.
