Carvana is seeking enthusiastic Customer Advocates with at least 2 years of customer-facing experience to join our unique car-buying journey. No sales pressure—focus on delivering happiness and outstanding service at Carvana.

Shifts run from 7am-5pm, 9am-7pm or 11am-9pm, with 7 days/week availability. Starting pay is $17/hour with milestone increases to $19/hour and performance-based growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of customer-facing experience.
• Must read, write, speak and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Deliver vehicles to customers' doors with our car haulers, ensuring safe and professional handoff.
• Load/unload vehicles onto the hauler and inspect for safety before departure.
• Complete customer paperwork and add thorough notes in the tracking system.
• Maintain a clean driving record and drive safely in accordance with policy.
