Job summary

Carvana seeks enthusiastic Customer Advocates with at least 2 years of customer-facing experience to join a fast-growing team. Earn starting at $22/hr with clear growth paths and performance incentives.

Shifts run 7 days a week across 7am-9pm windows, with benefits including health coverage and retirement plans. Responsibilities include delivering vehicles, loading haulers, handling paperwork, and maintaining safety and accuracy in all customer interactions.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of customer-facing experience.
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Deliver vehicles to customers' doors with haulers and receive training.
• Load/unload vehicles on hauler and inspect vehicle for safe driving.
• Complete customer paperwork and maintain notes in the tracking system.
• Drive safely and maintain a clean driving record per CMV policy.
