Job summary

Carvana in Indianapolis is seeking enthusiastic Customer Advocates with at least 2 years of customer-facing experience to support the car-buying journey by delivering vehicles to customers’ doors and assisting with paperwork and service.

The role includes varied shifts 7 days a week, a starting hourly rate of $19 with a $21 cap, a structured growth program, and benefits such as 401(k) matching, health care and PTO. Training is provided to ensure safety and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• physically demanding tasks including loading/unloading vehicles and working outdoors in varied weather
• ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours
• must read, write, speak and understand English
• ability to reach, bend, kneel, crouch, twist and lift up to 50 lbs
• must maintain a clean driving record and meet safety requirements

Responsibilities

• Deliver vehicles to customers' doors with training provided
• Load/unload vehicles onto haulers and inspect equipment for safety
• Complete customer paperwork and record notes in the tracking system
• Drive safely in accordance with company policies and state laws
