Job summary

Carvana is hiring Customer Advocates with at least 2 years of customer-facing experience to support customers throughout the car-buying process. This role involves delivering vehicles to customers' doors using our car haulers, with comprehensive training provided and a focus on safety and accuracy.

The shift is 11am–9pm, 7 days a week with rotating days off. Starting pay is $19/hr with potential to reach $21/hr, plus performance-based increases and a robust benefits package.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer-facing experience.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Deliver vehicles straight to customers' doors with our car haulers (training provided).
• Frequently load/unload vehicles onto the hauler and inspect the hauler for safe operation.
• Complete customer paperwork with thorough notes in our system.
• Maintain a clean driving record per CMV Driver Qualification policy.
