Job summary

IFS Copperleaf seeks a Customer & Community Marketing Manager to strengthen customer relationships and drive community engagement. You will lead advocacy, upsell and cross-sell initiatives while collaborating with Customer Success and Product Marketing teams.

You will craft aligned content, manage global campaigns, and measure impact with AI-enabled analytics to scale pipeline and adoption.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in B2B marketing, preferably in enterprise software or SaaS.
• Proven track record in customer marketing, advocacy, expansion and retention.
• Understanding of enterprise buyer journeys and complex sales cycles.
• Excellent communication, collaboration and stakeholder management.
• Experience managing multiple regional projects in a global org.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute customer and community advocacy programs.
• Plan integrated go-to-market campaigns and create assets (case studies, videos).
• Define KPIs, report on program performance, and optimize investment.
