The role is senior and highly autonomous, with ownership over community strategy, events, webinars, and storytelling to drive engagement and measurable business impact as the company scales.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B SaaS customer marketing, customer advocacy, community or related function.
• Proven track record building customer communities or advocacy programs from ground up.
• Experience working with enterprise customers and senior stakeholders.
• Ability to create polished, high-quality experiences for sophisticated audiences while executing details personally.
• Proactive, high-energy, with no reliance on a preexisting playbook.

Responsibilities

• Build and own the customer marketing and community strategy from 0-1.
• Develop distinct communities for researchers, practitioners, and senior marketing leaders.
• Create programming with executive gatherings, peer learning, webinars, and networking.
• Cultivate relationships with enterprise customers and identify advocates and champions.
• Develop a customer advocacy and reference program aligned with sales opportunities.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Events to drive engagement and business impact.
• Experiment quickly, measure engagement, and scale successful programs.
