Job summary

Ramp is hiring Implementation Managers to deliver value for customers and revenue by implementing Ramp’s products for newly closed accounts. As an early team member, you’ll help build and refine Ramp’s Implementation organization and define the customer strategy that fuels growth.

You’ll partner with Commercial Account Managers to onboard customers, understand current workflows, and drive value through timely implementations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in customer success, account management, or product operations in a B2B organization.
• Exceptional project management and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Desire to learn product inside out and communicate Ramp's rationale effectively.
• Proven track record of exceeding quota and/or outperforming key metrics.
• Ability to anticipate customer needs and position product solutions.

Responsibilities

• Ensure fast, thorough onboarding of new Ramp customers with account managers.
• Understand customer workflows, pain points and obstacles to full rollout.
• Drive revenue by preventing delays and promoting Ramp's value.
• Master Ramp product integration and configuration options.
• Collaborate with product on customer feedback prioritization.
• Balance multiple priorities and proactive outreach.
• Participate in hiring decisions and onboarding of new team members.
• Develop and maintain onboarding policies and best practices.
