Job summary

Aaron’s Customer Account Advisors build relationships with customers over the phone and in person to drive payment collections and lease renewals, ensuring 100% satisfaction with products. They coach customers through ownership steps and support the sales team to meet revenue goals while maintaining high service standards.

This role requires strong communication, multitasking, and a proactive, energetic approach.

Qualifications

• Two years of retail/customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to work schedule 8 am–9 pm.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update customers’ accounts in the store system.
• Direct contact with customers who have not renewed leases.
• Promote timely lease renewal payments and benefits.
• Assist with achieving daily, weekly and monthly revenue goals.
• Support merchandise returns and guest deliveries as directed by management.
• Ensure merchandise is cleaned and certified in QA.
