Job summary

Aaron’s is seeking a Customer Accounts Advisor to coach customers through lease renewals and payment collections, building strong relationships by phone and in person. You will support the sales team and help customers understand the benefits of maintaining their accounts.

The role emphasizes excellent communication, empathy, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while meeting daily targets and delivering outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update customer accounts in the store system.
• Reach out to customers who have not renewed leases via in-home visits or phone.
• Explain benefits of timely lease renewals to encourage payments.
• Help set daily, weekly, and monthly revenue and renewal goals.
• Assist with merchandise returns and guest deliveries as directed.
