Job summary

Aaron’s Customer Account Advisors serve as coaches to our customer, driving payment collections and lease agreement renewals by understanding lease agreement benefits and ensuring customers are 100% satisfied with the product. You will build relationships with our customers over the phone and face-to-face to help bring them one-step closer to ownership.

We seek candidates with strong interpersonal skills, the ability to multitask, and a high energy level to meet daily revenue and renewal

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update customer accounts in the store system.
• Direct contact with customers regarding lease renewals, in-home visits and phone calls.
• Promote benefits of timely lease payment renewals.
• Assist Account Manager in achieving revenue and renewal goals.
• Support with merchandise returns and guest deliveries.
