Responsibilities

• Enter and manage POs, credits and debits in ERP.
• Raise quotes and prepare customer documentation for service quality.
• Identify and track out-of-production parts via enquiry process.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders for orderbook reviews and escalations.
• Attend regular customer calls and communicate order status.
