Job summary

MEC (Mayville Engineering Company, Inc.) in Wisconsin is seeking a detail‑oriented Customer Service/Order Entry specialist to support sales and manufacturing, entering orders, verifying pricing, and ensuring timely, accurate responses to customer needs.

You will coordinate with Sales, Production Control, Shipping and Materials to meet requirements, resolve issues, and escalate when necessary, contributing to on‑time delivery and customer satisfaction.

• Preemptively identifies issues and suggests ways to solve.
• Contributes to continuous improvement projects within function.
