Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned customer accounts and maintain strong, long-term business relationships.
• Oversee customer orders from initial contact through final delivery.
• Enter and process orders accurately in the company’s ERP system.
• Confirm orders, pricing, product availability, and delivery dates.
• Communicate with customers regarding order status, delivery schedules, and inquiries.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve issues and ensure successful order fulfillment.
• Monitor inventory availability and delivery timelines to keep orders on schedule.
• Provide regular reports and updates to management.
• Deliver excellent customer service through problem-solving, critical thinking, and sound decision-making.
• Assist with training team members as needed.

Description

We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Customer Account & Order Fulfillment Specialist to manage customer accounts and coordinate orders from initial placement through delivery. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building strong customer relationships, solving problems, and keeping orders on track through effective communication and teamwork.
