Aaron’s is seeking a Customer Accounts Manager to lead our customer accounts department and drive revenue and renewal goals across stores. You will maintain accurate records, schedule payments, and help customers achieve ownership of their merchandise while supporting store operations.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old in the US; 18+ in Canada.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable MVR.
• DOT certification if location requires it.
• Able to work 8:00 am–9:00 pm; lift up to 50 lbs solo and 300 lbs with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the customer accounts dept to meet revenue and renewal goals.
• Maintain accurate customer records in store system.
• Build strong relationships to support ownership goals.
• Manage collections and renewals by calls or home visits.
