Aaron's, Inc. is seeking a Customer Accounts Manager in Cookeville, TN. The role leads the customer accounts department to drive collections and lease renewals while supporting store operations and ownership goals for customers.

Responsibilities include maintaining records, engaging customers, and coordinating with the General Manager and sales team to meet daily targets. The position offers incentive pay in addition to hourly compensation.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old for US positions.
• Valid driver license with compliant driving record.
• Able to meet weight requirements (up to 50 lbs solo, 300 lbs with assistance).
• Flexible schedule 8:00 am–9:00 pm.

Responsibilities

• Lead the customer accounts department to meet revenue and renewal goals.
• Maintain accurate customer account records in the store system.
• Build strong relationships to support ownership goals and drive sales.
• Counsel customers on renewals and collections by phone or home visits.
• Support General Manager with account recommendations and lease closures.
• Assist sales team as needed.
