Job summary

Aaron Sales And Leasing in Lansing, MI, is seeking a Customer Accounts Advisor to coach customers and drive payments and renewals. You will build relationships over the phone and in person to move customers toward ownership of their merchandise.

The role includes setting daily revenue goals, maintaining account records, and handling collections with a focus on excellent service and compliance. A flexible schedule and team environment are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old in the United States.
• Valid state driver's license and comply with policy.
• DOT certification if required in location.
• Able to work hours from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm.
• Lift up to 50 lbs solo and 300 lbs with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Assist in setting and achieving revenue and renewal goals.
• Maintain accurate customer account records in store system.
• Build strong relationships to support ownership goals.
• Manage collections and renewals by phone or home visits.
• Assist with merchandise returns and guest deliveries.
