Aaron’s in Rockford, IL is seeking a Customer Accounts Advisor to drive payments and lease renewals, helping customers understand benefits and move toward ownership of their merchandise. You’ll engage customers by phone and face-to-face to maximize satisfaction and ownership outcomes.

The role offers an hourly wage of $16.25–$17.00 plus performance-based incentive pay, with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for advancement in a team-focused, recognition-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old in the US.
• Requires a valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record.
• DOT certification may be required in some locations.
• Flexible schedule from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. solo and up to 300 lbs. with assistance.

Responsabilités

• Assist the Customer Accounts Manager in achieving revenue and renewal goals.
• Maintain accurate customer account records in the store system.
• Build strong customer relationships to support ownership goals and drive sales.
• Manage collections and renewals by counseling customers by phone or in person.
• Assist with merchandise returns and guest deliveries as directed.
• Maintain daily route sheets and weekly maintenance sheets.
• Load and securely transport merchandise with company vehicle; clean and certify returns.
