Job summary

You will coordinate with production, scheduling, and shipping, finalize BOMs with customers, and monitor the MRP system to ensure accurate data and on-time materials.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of customer service or product development experience.
• Strong project management skills are a plus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and MRP systems.

Responsibilities

• Ensure customer orders flow seamlessly from development to launch.
• Communicate with customers to finalize BOMs and keep data in the MRP system.
• Analyze supply and demand to move materials and keep schedules on track.
• Collaborate with scheduling and shipping teams to coordinate.
• Prepare weekly status updates and keep customers informed.
• Maintain data integrity and close orders confidently.
