Job summary

INW Phoenix Formulations is seeking an experienced Accounts Manager to develop and manage customer relationships across multiple accounts, each with $1M+ in revenue. The role requires initiative, organization, and a commitment to exceptional service, with an 8:00am–5:00pm office schedule.

You will liaise with customers, respond to RFQs, price orders, and ensure timely production and delivery of nutritional supplements while maintaining accurate product documentation.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience in business/ sales/ project management.
• ?Language skills to communicate credibly at all levels of the organization.
• Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office (Excel, Outlook).
• Strong mathematical and numeric accuracy skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
• Prepare and deliver sales reports to ensure timely production and delivery of products.
• Lead as the primary contact for customer accounts and coordinate RFQs.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure on-time delivery and accurate pricing.
• Forecast, track and report account metrics (sales results and forecasts).
