Job summary

Phenix Label is seeking a Customer Account Representative to manage the full lifecycle of customer jobs—from purchase orders through manufacturing to final billing. You will act as the primary liaison among Sales, Technical, Art, Brand, Production, and Shipping to ensure smooth communication and project success.

The role requires strong communication, meticulous record-keeping, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy in pricing, materials, and timelines.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service and/or printing experience.
• 4 year degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with basic computer skills including developing spreadsheets for data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact between customer, Sales, Technical, Art, Brand Manager, Production, and Shipping.
• Manage Sales Orders from purchase order to delivery and assist billing for new and repeat orders.
• Maintain organized records for all customer projects and ensure up-to-date account profiles.
• Communicate changes to cost, pricing, materials, production, and shipping across affected groups.
• Provide necessary job information to Accounting to ensure accurate billing.
• Maintain knowledge of Phenix’s manufacturing capabilities and stay updated on label/packaging industry changes.
• Perform inventory management for stocking and non-stocking products.
• Attend department PBL meetings and participate actively.
