Job summary

PhytogenX, Inc. in Morgantown, PA is seeking a Customer Account Associate to keep customer orders flowing from development to launch and to act as the primary liaison for clients.

You will coordinate with production, scheduling, and shipping, finalize BOMs with customers, and monitor the MRP system to ensure accurate data and on-time materials.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of customer service or product development experience.
• Strong project management skills are a plus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and MRP systems.

Responsibilities

• Ensure customer orders flow seamlessly from development to launch.
• Communicate with customers to finalize BOMs and keep data in the MRP system.
