Job summary

Voyant Beauty is seeking a Customer Account Specialist to manage orders and support customer satisfaction in our manufacturing environment. You will be the primary contact for assigned accounts, coordinating with production, quality, and logistics to ensure accurate data and timely delivery.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in a manufacturing setting, excellent communication, and experience with ERP/order-management systems.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.
Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
1–3 years customer account experience in manufacturing/co-manufacturing.

Responsibilities

Enter, review, and track customer orders from receipt through delivery.
Be primary contact for assigned accounts; respond about orders and availability.
Collaborate with production, quality control, and logistics to meet requirements.
Maintain records of orders and account preferences; generate periodic reports.
Identify and resolve order-related issues; escalate to Customer Service Manager.
Participate in customer meetings and production planning sessions.
Support continuous improvement of customer service processes.
Assist with new account onboarding.
