Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of customer service or sales support experience.
• Experience with order processing, quotes, pricing, returns, and credits.
• Experience using enterprise systems or databases; ERP/JDE preferred.
• Strong communication with customers and internal partners.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; able to perform basic math for pricing.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders, quotations, and returns or credits per policies.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, or direct interaction.
• Coordinate with sales, inventory, and shipping to ensure accurate order execution.
• Investigate discrepancies in orders, pricing, shipping, and billing; coordinate solutions.
• Maintain accurate documentation of interactions and orders in systems.
• Follow up with customers to provide updates and ensure resolution.
