Responsibilities

• Process customer orders, quotations, follow-ups, and returns per policies.
• Serve as primary contact, respond promptly by phone or email.
• Coordinate with sales, fabrication, credit, inventory, and warehouse teams.
• Investigate order or pricing discrepancies and drive resolutions.
• Use ERP and online tools to obtain product and pricing information.
• Maintain access to current company literature and references.
• Represent the company professionally and meet customer expectations.
• Identify opportunities to increase sales through promotions.
• Document customer interactions and orders accurately in systems.
• Follow up with customers for status updates and resolutions.
• Develop relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal partners.
• Complete required training and stay proficient in systems.
• Follow SOPs and company policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
