Responsabilidades

• Provide full-service account management including pricing, availability, and shipping information.
• Process and coordinate orders, RFQs, returns, and credits.
• Collaborate with sales, credit, inventory control, warehousing, fabrication shop and other departments to facilitate customer needs.
• Minimize shipments and expenses to meet delivery requirements.
• Investigate order entry, shipping, and billing errors and coordinate solutions with the appropriate departments.
