Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for routine customer questions and follow-up.
• Review incoming purchase orders for pricing, quantities, part numbers, delivery requirements; escalate issues.
• Enter and process customer orders; issue acknowledgements and confirm changes.
• Monitor open orders, forecasts, and demand; identify items needing action or communication.
• Provide customers with updates on order status, production timing, shipments, and delivery schedules.
• Prepare open-order reports and review status, forecasts, and future demand with customers.
• Coordinate customer requirements with Sales, Production, Shipping, Quality, Accounting, and other departments.
• Support release management, shipment scheduling, quantity confirmations, and delivery adjustments.
• Prepare and distribute customer surcharge documentation per pricing and internal direction.
• Monitor quotations and maintain quote documentation and status information.
• Maintain accurate customer contacts, part information, pricing, specs, history in HubSpot and systems.
• Participate in customer meetings, business reviews, and scheduled account calls.
• Provide account information to internal departments as requested.
• Perform other customer service and administrative duties as assigned.
