Job summary

Ag Processing Inc is seeking a Customer Account Coordinator to serve as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams such as Sales, Logistics, Production, Quality, and Accounting. You will own the customer order experience, ensuring accuracy, timely commitments, and prompt resolution of issues.

The role demands strong organization, detailed focus, and the ability to manage multiple priorities across departments to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• Two+ years of experience in customer service, account coordination, order management, logistics, sales support, or related field.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively across teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel.
• Ability to learn ERP, CRM, and other business systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate customer orders from entry through fulfillment and invoicing.
• Communicate order status, product availability, shipments, and potential delays.
• Coordinate with Sales, Production, Logistics, Quality, and other teams to meet customer commitments.
• Identify and resolve order, pricing, billing, account, and delivery issues.
• Monitor inventory, production, and logistics information to anticipate potential problems.
• Maintain accurate customer records and business system information.
• Provide customer and account support to Sales and commercial teams.
• Prepare reports and documentation related to orders, shipments, inventory, and customer activity.
