Formación

• High school diploma required; minimum 2 years in a role supporting customers.
• Strong critical thinking, ability to organize, and prioritize multiple issues.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to work independently.
• Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assist customers and sales by handling inquiries and processing orders.
• Review client documents for quotes and project packets; ensure accuracy.
• Enter purchase orders and verify pricing and quantities in ERP.
• Track projects and orders; monitor progress against timelines.
• Provide updates to Account Management Manager on progress and delays.
• Coordinate with Sales, R&D, QC, and Operations to expedite orders and shipments.
• Answer customer questions by phone or email about products and delivery dates.
• Troubleshoot customer and internal issues as they arise.
• Identify potential roadblocks and work with leadership to resolve them.
• Support multiple projects and prioritize workload to meet goals.
• Seek efficiency improvements to reduce waste and costs.
• Maintain positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
