Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain or Finance; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 5-7 years of experience in customer service, inside/outside sales in an industrial environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support for pre-order activities (pricing, availability, proposal, quoting, technical specs, parts identification).
• Manage customer orders (entry, date management, credit processes, load capacity, international load codes).
• Coordinate with finance to support credit evaluations and lease requests.
• Manage orders from CPQ and Salesforce to invoicing to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Communicate commitments and order status to customers; resolve issues and backorders.
