• 2+ years' experience in Customer Service or Sales required.
• Previous experience in transportation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer account services to high exposure or major account(s).
• Work with internal departments to balance capacity and freight while maintaining high service levels.
• Build strong relationships to deliver value for customers.
• Create monthly service level reports and participate in relevant calls.
