Job summary

Arlon, a leading provider of adhesive tapes and insulation laminates in San Antonio, seeks a customer support professional to act as the first contact for customers and handle orders, inquiries, and quotes. You will work with SAP and HubSpot, maintain product knowledge, and ensure timely order fulfillment.

The role requires 2+ years of client-focused experience, strong MS Word/Excel skills, and the ability to communicate effectively by phone, email and chat. Bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of client-focused service via phone, email and chat.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Nice-to-have SAP/ERP experience and HubSpot/CRM experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first contact for customers via phone, email, live chat and CRM systems.
• Assist with orders, pricing, product information and availability.
• Process customer orders in SAP and monitor order statuses.
• Coordinate with production/logistics to ensure on-time fulfillment.
• Investigate and resolve order discrepancies with QA and Sales.
• Follow up with customers to confirm resolution and satisfaction.
• Handle 20-40 inbound customer calls per day.
