Job summary

Arlon Innovations is seeking a Customer Service Specialist in Texas to act as the first contact for customers via phone, email, live chat and CRM systems. You will assist with orders, pricing, product information and availability, while maintaining strong product knowledge and timely communication.

You will manage quotes in HubSpot and SAP, process orders, monitor status, resolve discrepancies, and coordinate with production and logistics to ensure on-time fulfillment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer-facing roles via phone, email or chat.
• Experience delivering client-focused solutions preferred for products.
• Basic knowledge of MS Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, live chat, and CRM systems.
• Provide assistance regarding orders, pricing, product information, and availability.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge.
• Assist in managing the quote process in HubSpot and in SAP.
• Process customer orders in SAP.
• Monitor order status and communicate updates or delays to customers and sales.
• Coordinate with production and logistics to ensure on-time order fulfillment.
• Investigate and resolve order discrepancies or shipping issues with QA and Sales.
• Follow up with customers to confirm resolution and satisfaction.
• Assist with Conexiom exceptions and account updates.
• Handle 20-40 inbound customer calls per day.
