Job summary

Bron Tapes, Inc is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our Magnolia, TX team. You will handle order entry, respond to inbound calls and emails, and support sales goals across departments. The right candidate is a self-starter with strong math, communication, and organizational skills.

The role requires 3+ years in customer service, multitasking ability, and proficiency with Microsoft 365 and NetSuite. A high school diploma or GED is required. Benefits follow after 30 days."

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in customer service.
• Thrive in fast paced office with ability to multi-task.
• Strong basic math skills for unit conversions (metric/imperial).
• Proficient with Microsoft 365; intermediate Excel.
• Great communication skills, written and verbal.
• Superior attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Order entry and management.
• Inventory management; communicate inventory issues to appropriate personnel.
• Providing order status, product information, account status, pricing, or service to customers and Application Specialists.
• Communicating with customers via phone and email in a professional manner.
• Maintaining close and effective communication with co-workers in sales, office, and warehouse.
• Creation and maintenance of records relating to customer and vendor transactions; processing customer payments and documents.
• Support local and company-wide sales goals.
• Basic understanding of the estimating process to build quotes based on provided information.
• Other duties as assigned
