Alsco Uniforms in San Antonio, TX is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to handle inbound calls, perform proactive outbound outreach, and coordinate information flow with the Service Department to ensure timely resolutions.

You will build relationships, process orders, prepare reports and welcome packets, and support service staff while following policy. Strong English, time management, and team spirit are essential.

Qualifications

• High School graduation or equivalent.
• Excellent telephone and customer service skills.
• Strong English communication and writing abilities.
• Proficient with MS Office and basic administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer service needs courteously according to policy.
• Make outbound or respond to inbound calls, including audits and order requests.
• Coordinate information flow within the Service Department and print daily reports.
• Maintain call logs, track progress, and arrange deliveries as needed.
• Build customer relationships and proactively resolve concerns with supervision.
• Prepare, distribute and track Welcome packets, renewals, service agreements, and reports.
• Follow directions, attend meetings, and support other service personnel.
