Job summary

Michaels in Douglasville seeks a Store Framing Lead to oversee a team of framers, build strong customer relationships, and drive custom framing sales. You will work with customers to create memorable framing solutions for art.

As a key leader, you will manage SOPs, coach staff, schedule framing work, and ensure on-time delivery of high-quality framing. Nights and weekends required; strong retail management experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Retail management experience preferred.
• Experience leading a sales team.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading and managing adherence to SOPs and Company programs.
• Develop and coach the team selling behaviors.
• Lead high-quality custom framing solutions to customers on time by planning workload with Store Manager.
• Achieve KPIs and manage the framing team to meet KPI targets.
• Review sales and production workload and plan floor time for networking.
• Manage and execute inventory management processes as assigned.
• Manage shrink and safety programs.
• Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD).
• Assist with interviewing, onboarding, coaching and training of new Team Members; support Talent Development activities.
