Job summary

Michaels Stores is seeking a Store Lead for the ATL-MALL OF GEORGIA, GA location. You will lead and coach a team of framers, focusing on building strong customer relationships while delivering high-quality framing solutions.

You will drive custom framing sales and help customers create memorable framing plans for their art. Responsibilities include planning workloads with the Store Manager, achieving KPIs, overseeing inventory and safety programs, and participating in talent development

Qualifications

Basic computer skills are required to process orders and manage customer information.
Retail leadership experience is preferred for coaching a team.
Experience leading a sales team is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Lead and coach a team of framers focused on building customer relationships and delivering framing solutions.
Drive custom framing sales and assist customers in creating framing plans.
Plan workload with the Store Manager to ensure on-time delivery of solutions.
Achieve KPI targets and manage the framing team to meet them.
Participate in interviewing, onboarding, training, and performance management of team members.
