The Michaels Companies Inc. Lancaster Store is seeking a Retail Sales Manager to lead a framing team, drive custom framing sales, and deliver excellent customer service. You will coach staff, schedule workloads, and ensure SOPs and safety standards are followed while achieving store KPIs.

Ideal candidates have retail leadership experience and familiarity with framing products. This role requires flexibility for nights, weekends, and early mornings in a public retail environment.

Qualifications

• Retail management experience preferred.
• Previous custom framing experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the framing team to deliver custom framing solutions.
• Achieve KPIs and manage workload to maximize sales.
• Assist with interviewing, onboarding and coaching new team members.
• Ensure SOP adherence, safety and customer service standards.
