Job summary

Michaels NAMPA is seeking a Store Lead to guide a team of framers, focus on building customer relationships, and drive custom framing sales. You will assist customers in creating memorable framing solutions and ensure high-quality outcomes aligned with store goals.

Responsibilities include leading SOP adherence, coaching selling behaviors, planning workloads with the Store Manager, and meeting KPIs while managing inventory, safety, and staffing needs.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills.
• Previous custom framing experience is preferred.
• Retail management experience is preferred.
• Experience leading a sales team is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading and managing adherence to SOPs and Company programs.
• Develop and coach the team selling behaviors.
• Lead the delivery of high-quality custom framing solutions to customers on time by planning workload with the Store Manager.
• Achieve KPIs and manage the framing team to achieve their role KPIs.
• Review sales and production workload and build plans for networking; manage inventory and shrink/safety programs.
