Responsabilidades

• Assist Store Manager in leading and managing adherence to SOPs and Company programs to ensure compliance with laws and requirements; ensure execution of policies and standards.
• Develop and coach the team selling behaviors.
• Lead the delivery of high-quality custom framing solutions to customers on time by planning workload with the Store Manager.
• Achieve KPI targets and manage the framing team to meet their KPIs.
• Review sales and production workload and build plans and sales floor time for networking.
• Manage and execute inventory management processes and shrink/safety programs.
• Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD).
• Assist with interviewing, onboarding, coaching, and training of new team members; support Talent Development activities; participate in Performance Mgmt.”
