Job summary

Michaels in Las Vegas is seeking a Framing Manager to lead a team of framers, build customer relationships, and deliver high-quality custom framing solutions. You will drive sales, plan workloads with the Store Manager, and manage inventory, safety, and KPI performance.

The role includes coaching, interviewing, and developing team members in a busy retail framing environment. You should have retail management experience and the ability to lead a sales-driven team, with strong customer service

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills required.
• Previous custom framing experience is preferred.
• Retail management experience and experience leading a sales team are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of framers, focusing on customer relationships and framing solutions.
• Drive custom framing sales and assist customers in creating framing solutions.
• Assist Store Manager in enforcing SOPs and company policies; ensure store standards.
• Plan workload with the Store Manager to deliver framing projects on time and meet KPI targets.
• Manage inventory, shrink, safety programs, and store operations related to framing.
• Participate in interviewing, onboarding, coaching, and performance management of team members.
