Job summary

The Michaels Companies Inc. in Reno, NV is seeking a Store Leader to guide a framing team in delivering high-quality, on-time custom framing solutions and exceptional customer service.

You will drive sales, coach staff, and ensure SOP adherence across operations. Responsibilities include planning workload with the Store Manager, managing inventory and safety programs, and supporting omni-channel processes while developing team capabilities and performance.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills.
• Previous custom framing experience preferred.
• Retail management experience preferred.
• Experience leading a sales team preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of framers focused on customer relationships and framing solutions.
• Drive custom framing sales and assist customers in creating framing solutions.
• Assist Store Manager in SOP adherence and company programs.
• Plan workload with Store Manager to deliver on-time framing solutions.
• Manage inventory, shrink and safety programs, and participate in Hiring/Training activities.
